How Do I Cancel, Change or Update Shipping Address on an Order?

Placed an order and need to cancel, change or update shipping?

Our shipping system is very automated and fast so, you only have 30 minutes after the time you place the order to do the following:

Cancel Order:

• Order Number
• Email Use to Order
• Contact of the Person who Ordered

We then will cancel and refund the full order for you.

Change an Order:

Email [e-mail], call us at 1-888-407-5001 or Chat with the following information:

• Order Number
• Email Use to Order
• Contact of the Person who Ordered

Depending on what you are changing, we can either change the product(s), if it is the same price or cancel and refund the full order for you. You then can re-order the correct items online at your convenience.

Update Shipping Address:

• Shipping Address you need it changed to

We then will change the shipping address for you.
