Rules say it has to have the warning symbol, font size 6pt. or higher., and the specific wording for the chemical(s). Since you can label or print the warning on your product, it doesn't matter what material it's placed on. You can visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov. for information your company's specific needs and chemicals. However, with changes happening all the time, it is the buyer's responsibility to be compliant.
